Pre-order & Backorder Items
If your order includes pre-order or backorder items,
available items will be shipped first, and the remaining items will be shipped once they arrive in stock.
As a result, if you purchase multiple items in a single order, they may be delivered separately.
Order Tracking
Customers who provide a phone number or email address will receive a tracking ID and tracking link after shipment.
Tracking information will be updated within 1–3 business days after dispatch, so please check the tracking page.
