Refund policy
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.
Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your original payment method.
Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received your item, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
It must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is approved, we will provide the return address and detailed instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or refund accordingly.
Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Personal care and hygiene products (e.g., beauty-related items)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item first.
Once your return is approved, you can place a new order.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing any reason.
Items must meet the same return conditions: unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping & Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
For high-value items (approximately over $75), we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
